WATCH THE APPROACH
Six listing examples. Music only; no spoken narration.
01 · PHOTOGRAPHY & PROPERTY STORY
Great listing photography gives a buyer more than a collection of rooms. It explains the light, flow, outlook and relationship to the setting.
For a distinctive residence, the story should answer a simple question: what makes this property different from the alternatives a buyer is considering?
02 · CINEMATIC VIDEO & DRONE
Property films can connect interiors, outdoor living and the surrounding landscape. Drone imagery helps show orientation, waterfront context and the relationship between a property and its location.
The format should suit the subject: a longer property story for a considered viewing, and shorter edits for social discovery.
03 · ZILLOW SHOWCASE
For an appropriate listing, Zillow Showcase brings an enhanced presentation into the buyer’s Zillow experience. My dedicated Showcase page explains the format and links to actual Space Coast examples.
The product is one part of the campaign. The photography, positioning and follow-through still need to work together.
04 · LAUNCH & DISTRIBUTION
DISCOVERY
Clear listing copy and an owned property story give buyers useful detail and a direct route to ask about the home.
Explore property stories →MOTION
Property video and shorter edits can bring the home into the places buyers already watch and explore.
Visit the film library →CONNECTION
Relevant email communication and direct agent conversations help connect a property to people with a reason to consider it.
Discuss the distribution plan →The channel mix, schedule and any paid distribution are agreed for the specific property. Marketing is targeted around property interests and buying intent.
05 · FEEDBACK & SELLER REPORTING
Review available listing activity, inquiries, showings and campaign engagement. Keep the source and period clear.
Bring showing feedback and recurring questions into the conversation alongside competing listings and market changes.
Discuss whether the evidence points to presentation, reach, property considerations, price or timing.
Agree on the next action and when to review it. Communication should leave you with a clear decision, not just a dashboard.
